A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Treasurer's Office to promulgate a legislative rule relating to procedures for deposit of moneys with the State Treasurer's Office by state agencies.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:

ARTICLE 9. AUTHORIZATION FOR MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES AND BOARDS TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.

§64-9-1. Treasurer's Office.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on August 26, 2016, authorized under the authority of section two, article two, chapter twelve of this code, modified by the Treasurer's Office to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on October 21, 2016, relating to the Treasurer's Office (Procedures for Deposit of Moneys with the State Treasurer's Office by State Agencies, 112 CSR 04), is authorized.

 

 

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Treasurer's Office to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Procedures for Deposit of Moneys with the State Treasurer's Office by State Agencies.
